What we do
- Read every inbound message. A person — usually Keith or a builder, not an assistant.
- Reply within one business day. If you mentioned a specific automation or DKHS, we route to the person who'd be working on it.
- Tell you honestly whether we're a fit. If we're not, we'll usually know someone who is.
What we don't do
- Auto-respond with a sales sequence. You won't get a 'thanks for reaching out!' robot.
- Forward to a junior SDR. The person who reads your message is the person who'd be on the call.
- Sit on your inbox for a week. If we're slammed, you'll hear that — not silence.
